Kayla and Tony have been together for 7 years! In fact, the running joke at this backyard wedding in Buckeye, AZ was, “It’s about time!”

When I first was approached about this wedding, I was actually approached by the groom to be. It’s not often that happens. It does happen sometimes, but the reality is, usually the wedding planning and finding the photographer isn’t always done by the groom.

But what was so sweet about this is that he was taking care of his bride. He didn’t want to overwhelm her so he was doing a lot of the organizing and wedding plans. And let me tell you! He had some organizing skills. Joceline and I were literally given a list of the family photo groups for the end of the wedding. We were able to call names and get each grouping in and out SUPER fast! So everyone could move on to the reception. It was amazing! I was told he got his mad organization skills from his dad.
