Flannel shirts and cowboy boots were definitely what this couple were all about. So why not choose a spot that goes with that and them. Sometimes that can make a couple so comfortable when they are right in their element.

This couple told me they were hardly in front of the camera. So I knew I would have to help them with getting them comfortable in front of the camera. People always think it is going to be harder than it is, but with the right photographer, we usually know what to do to make the whole couple experience in front of the camera look natural. I know this couple was happy with their photos, because months later, I walked into their home for their backyard wedding and there were big canvases printed out and they raved on and on about their beautiful photos. I love that.
