The Teapot on 5th Avenue in Downtown Phoenix, AZ was a little treasure I didn’t know even existed. This spot does events such as bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, birthday parties, and more. It’s a 1906 beautifully restored historic home in the heart of Phoenix that features a little bit of a British twist. I noticed little Britain and American flags throughout the front of the venue when coming in. They did not disappoint in putting my bride and groom’s vision together for their wedding.
Kendra and Ryan met on the dating app, Bumble. I had never heard of it until they told me during their engagement photos. They are oh so sweet together. You can always tell that Kendra is so happy with Ryan, because when he is around, she lights up and smiles so much. And Ryan has the most sweetest gentle heart.
The bride and groom chose to do an intimate first look before their wedding ceremony in the backyard of the Teapot on 5th Avenue in Phoenix. It couldn’t have gone more perfectly. The reaction, the intimate moments with one another, it was nice as we just stayed behind the camera taking it all in.
The ceremony was absolutely gorgeous with a southern pampas grass decor theme. I absolutely loved that there was a tree with white blossoms growing outside in the front yard as well. And I caputured them under that in my frame during the first kiss photo.
Truly enjoyed capturing moments on Kendra and Ryan’s wedding day at this adorable venue in Downtown Phoenix. Can’t wait to see what’s next for them! They told us a little surprise as we were leaving.
