I’m super excited that you are here (literally on this website) checking out what I do! If you can’t tell, I’m a Phoenix based Family + Wedding Photographer.
I’m told that I am bubbly, friendly, and patient…all the things that hopefully make you feel comfortable with me. My hope is that you can catch a glimpse of my passion for telling your story with photos, whether it’s your love story or your family’s moments. Together we will capture life’s greatest memories.
Be prepared to have a little fun when we get together. Beware! I’ve been known to change the minds of those dreading husbands, fiancé’s, and teenagers and hearing them say, “This was actually fun!”

I make my bed in Phoenix, AZ. Long before even being a full-time photographer, pictures have always been an important part of my life. My daughters have always nicknamed me “Mamarazzi.” I always say that if my home ever caught on fire, if I could take a tangible item besides my family, it would be my photos.
In my years of experience, who knew that I would capture the greatest memories and even the last moments together of families. That’s why I am called “Memories by Candace.” I want to tell your story!

Wide shots are one of my favorite ways to create art. They’re cinematic, atmospheric, and the kind of images you can print big and proudly hang in your home… but they still keep your story as the focus.
I mix those sweeping, golden, dream-filled views with close-up moments, gentle posing, and the natural, effortless in-betweens. My style is warm, emotive, and a little dreamy and grounded in real connection and the art of storytelling. My goal is simple: to give you photos that feel both like artwork and like home… timeless, honest, and uniquely yours.

Candace is amazing! We found her through great reviews on Facebook and contacted her to take our family photos shortly after moving to Arizona in 2020. We wanted a desert setting to mark our first year here. When we contacted her to schedule, she was very responsive and suggested the perfect location. She is super friendly, professional, and made us all immediately comfortable at our session. Candace is a great photographer with an eye for setting up wonderful shots with good variety. And her editing is absolutely stunning! We used her again this year and were once again very pleased. She has also done a great job taking photos for others in our family.
